Pleased with the gift in every aspect, shame the delivery spoilt the experience.

The gift itself was perfectly fine but the delivery was absolutely atrocious. The gift was a pocket watch so quite small, packed in a jiffy bag which should have easily gone through our large letter box. The delivery company thought it perfectly ok to tuck the packet behind a plant pot near our house, which is on a main road, our door is less than a metre from the road. Not even a note through our door to say where the packet had been left - not good enough!

Pocket watch

I was impressed by the quick delivery and the watch appears to be good value for money and operates as described. The chrome silver case is nicely turned and the clips, while simple, work well. The semi opened back is neat and the weight and size is fine for purpose.
Slightly annoyed that the gold finish of the interior skeleton movement in the photo did not match the watch supplied, I was under the impression that was to be the one supplied. Otherwise more than happy.
