I ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter for Christmas. When it was delivered I was concerned it might be too small but after contacting Mylee they told me not too worry and if it is too small they will replace it.
I ordered two personalised coffee scoop/clips. Dylan was quick and helpful in responding to my questions. There was a hiccup with delivery, which was a Royal Mail error. However, Dylan offered to redo the order as I needed it for a specific date. The package finally arrived, so wasn’t necessary, but the offer was much appreciated! He did refund my expedited delivery charge though, which was kind. A great practical gift for a coffee fan. With such good (and rare) customer service, I’ll definitely order again. 😊
